Please read these terms carefully before using Private Gallery. By downloading or using the app you agree to be bound by them.
Private Gallery is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. The app is offered "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
The PRO subscription unlocks advanced features and is available at $7.99 per month. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Google Play account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you will not be charged for the following period. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy.
You may share your unique referral code with others. When a new user installs Private Gallery and claims your code, both you and the new user receive 7 days of PRO access. Referral rewards are subject to fair-use limits: automated referral generation, bulk distribution, or any other form of abuse will result in forfeiture of earned rewards and may result in termination of your PRO access. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes abuse at our reasonable discretion.
You must not use Private Gallery to store, access, organise, or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that violates third-party rights. Any such use will result in immediate termination of your account and will be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate PRO access — without refund — if we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that these terms have been violated. This includes but is not limited to abuse of the referral programme, chargebacks, or any use of the app for illegal purposes.
The NSFW and content-detection features in Private Gallery are powered by an on-device AI model. AI models are not 100% accurate and may produce false positives or false negatives. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the detection results. You should not rely solely on Private Gallery for any compliance, legal, or safety-critical purpose.
All rights in the Private Gallery app, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by Kyo.ai. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to reproduce, modify, or distribute the app or its components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kyo.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, Private Gallery.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
